Suction Cups:

Available in all variations; flat, oval, single bellows, multi-bellows and special purpose versions. Size range: 1mm to 400mm diameter.

A wide range of suction cup materials are available including food grade silicon, high temperature, non-marking and metal detectable.

Schmalz offer specialist vacuum cup solutions for difficult to handle products including de-panning vacuum cups, bag handling cups, bin picking cups and logistics cups.

Schmalz Select:

The suction cups from our ‘Schmalz Select’ range are suitable for most common applications and come with lower prices and high stock availability for quick lead times.

Pneumatic Vacuum Generators:

Schmalz offer a wide range of pneumatic vacuum generators to suit all applications and all budgets. From our SEP EcoPump ejector modules for direct machine integration, through basic ejectors providing high flow, low air consumption solutions to our fully integrated compact ejectors for the highest level of control for grip and release and versions with automatic air saving and Industry 4.0 ready for real time system parameterisation and vacuum circuit condition monitoring.

Electric Vacuum Generators for Cobots:

Schmalz offer a comprehensive range of electric end of arm vacuum generators for use with collaborative and small robots for applications with payloads up to 10 Kg.
Solutions include out ‘handling sets’ that add connection flanges, connection cables and additional software (where available) to provide a true plug and play experience.

MATCH:

If you want to option of quick change tooling for multiple handling tasks but with the expense of multiple robots, then the MATCH system is for you. Need mechanical grippers as well? No problem. Our unique interface allows connection of Zimmer products via the same interface.

Gripper solutions:

FXP large area gripping systems for maximum flexibility during automated handling processes.
SFG flow grippers for direct handling of dry food products such as biscuits and cakes.
OFG finger grippers for direct handling of food products that cannot be gripped with vacuum.

End of arm tooling:

VEE - Our configurable, lightweight and hose free end effector for mounting of vacuum cups in applications where the payload is less than 2 Kg.
PXT – For heavier payloads up to 25 Kg, the modular PXT system is highly flexible and adaptable for both 2-D and 3-D handling requirements.

Jumbo Flexpicker:

make your JUMBO tube lifter mobile! Designed to be used with most types of standard industrial trucks for handling loads up to 50 Kg anywhere in the factory.

Vacumaster:

NEO 30 Rope Balancer:
