Prime Design has an office in Staines-upon-Thames but also has staff located in the Midlands as well as in Scotland.

We are a consultancy specialising in designing and setting up manufacturing facilities and have been operating since 1992. Our key industry sectors are food, drinks and nutritional products but also operate in a variety of other areas. As well as assignments at home we also have extensive international experience, working in countries such as France, The Netherlands, USA, Brazil, China and New Zealand.

Production Facility Design and Implementation: We specialise in manufacturing facility design and implementation. Projects such as setting up a facility to make ‘widgets’ in either an existing or new facility.

This often involves stakeholder interviews, area 3D laser surveying, creating 2D and/or 3D layout designs, Production line computer simulations, then specifying processing and packaging equipment and creating project budgets.

We are often engaged to carry out full feasibility studies and/or to manage the project implementation. We take on projects ranging from an individual new piece of equipment up to full turn-key production lines.
