IMA HASSIA is the technological leader in the field for a multilane machine producing Aseptic Stick Packs. The versatility of Aseptic Stick Pack technology is demonstrated above all in the field of easy-to-use pre-portioned sterile products and where extended shelf life is required.

The S-series for Stick Packs is a machine where the versatility of Stick Pack technology is demonstrated above all in the field of easy-to-use pre-portioned consumer, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. The Stick Packs can be produced with either fin-, overlap or 3-sided seal.

Spouted pouch;
Ermetika is a high-speed, continuous motion rotary machine assembling, filling and sealing spouts and premade pouches in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. High efficiency and premium quality results for countless products typical of the food, beverage and dairy markets. Adapts easily in order to handle film, spouts and caps from different suppliers, and uses the “filling through the spout” technique (spouts are sealed to the pouch before filling) to ensure 100% pouch filling is achieved, thus generating significant savings on materials.

Un-spouted pouch;
Modula is a continuous rotary machine that fills and ultrasonically seals pre-made pouches using a patented “double pick-up” system. Ideal for solid, liquid and high-viscous products, Modula is very versatile and offers high-speed changeover procedures. Suitable for different filling applications such as food, pet food and beverages, where high hygienic standards, huge flexibility, and rapid changeover procedures are key factors on a competitive market, Modula ensures ultimate filling accuracy and sealing reliability and boasts an extremely low rejection rate.

Pouch manufacturing;
Kompakta is a linear machine that creates stand-up pouches from pre-printed reels. Customers enjoy maximum freedom to create the pouch shape of their choice and can produce pouches in a variety of sizes. Loaded with two reels for the front and back of the pouch and several reels for the bottom, depending on pouch size, Kompakta automatically unwinds, punches and cuts the material on reels using blades and cutters, then sealing on 3 sides to obtain the finished pouch with a feed of 2, 3 or 4 pouches.
