TTO NGT Series:

The undisputed 'Daddy' in the Thermal Transfer printer world. Nothing comes close to having a print area of this size. With the widest range of print head sizes from 53 mm to 213 mm (2'' to 8''), there are no limits to your application.

The data can be loaded via various interfaces. When marking packaging foils and labels, the area of application ranges from the expiry date to the complete marking of the packaging.

Applications up to serialisation, with individual data for each print, are possible with the highest clock performance.

XL5000 Thermal Transfer Printer:

Our entry level Thermal Transfer Printer, the XL5000, allows you to label products flexibly. It easily copes with regular changes in the message format and the rapid changeover in production. One of its strengths is the large ink ribbon capacity, which means very little downtime. With its attractive price, the XL5000 offers coding and marking for a small budget. It's a replacement for the previous entry level, analogue technology (hot stamping) pioneered by our forefathers.

Large Character. High Resolution. ResMark 5000:

The ResMark 5000 sets new standards for industrial product printing on absorbent porous surfaces such as cardboard, plaster, cellulose, or wood. It produces high-resolution prints up to 100mm in height and 300dpi, including barcodes.

This machine is optimised for the digitisation of packaging marking, providing unrivalled print image, with maximum availability and sustainability in mind.

Thermal Inkjet - TJ500 & TJ1000 In Line and Handheld:

"Thermal Inkjets" were introduced as entry level digital printing technology. Designed for lower volume product printing and as a replacement for the previous entry level analogue technology pioneered by our forefathers the hot stamping process. Thermal inkjet is a modern solution which is compact, mess and maintenance free giving minimal downtime, due to having interchangeable ink cartridges.

The Thermal Inkjet range boasts on-line or handheld options providing high resolution characters from 12.5mm to 50mm in height in a variety of colour options, including food grade. Using this technology enables you to have cost-effective, flexible and fast product identification with reliability and accuracy.

Hot Stamp: S Compact and Compact:

Since the introduction of mandatory labelling on packaging, hot stamping systems have been a proven solution. The Compact systems are mature, reliable and robust, which they prove every day, even at the highest clock rates.

They are particularly suitable for marking tasks where the print is rarely changed over. To this day, hot stampers are the ideal solution for applying a date. The result is printed images of the highest quality at low cost.

Label Applicators and Print On Demand Systems:

Diagraph's Label applicators and Print on Demand scalable label printing dispenser systems can apply pre-printed labels or print on demand and apply in one operation to your product. Thanks to a wide range of different applicators, it is possible to attach labels to one side or two sides. Or even across the corner of the box or product that the label is being applied to. The labellers are controlled entirely with electric servo motors, which enables reliable and extremely precise labelling. All settings are made via the integrated touch control panel or from the cloud through Nice Label.
