Spiral Conveyors:

Spiral conveyors offer a highly effective conveyor solution when looking to incline or decline products in a limited space. Our spirals have a compact design and a small footprint, reducing the amount of space needed on the factory floor. The open format of the conveyors gives clear access for maintenance and wash down.

Mod-Traks® System:

Mod-Tracks® is our new modular system of gravity roller conveyors. Developed by our in-house design team to combine strength and durability with speed of install and adaptability. Incline / Flighted Conveyors:

Available in a modular belt, PU belt and slat conveyor variations, we manufacture elevator solutions to suit a wide range of industries and product applications. We offer a selection of belt and flight types to ensure that products are conveyed correctly with maximum efficiency and output.

Powered Roller Conveyor:

Our powered roller conveyors are reliable & robust, making them ideal for end of line, packing hall or palletising applications. Total line automation and flexibility can be achieved with a range of supporting accessories, including: merge units, bends, blade stops, pack turn units, 90 degree line transfer units and zero line pressure accumulation roller systems.

PU / PVC Belt Conveyors:

The belt conveyor is the mainstay of the manufacturing process across most industry sectors. The belt material can be selected to the application requirements. Our standard belt conveyor material is polyurethane, but we have a portfolio of many other materials including: Thermo plastic, silicon, PTPA, rubber, polyester and Teflon.

Modular Conveyors:

Our modular belt conveyors are robust, durable and reliable and can be specified to withstand most applications and environments. Modular belt conveyors deliver a tight transfer and can go round corners allowing for efficient product transfer through production areas.

Curved Belt Bend Conveyors:

Our belt bend conveyor is designed for the smooth and consistent conveying of smaller, and more fragile products e.g. Bakery, Confectionery, Biscuits.

Vertical Conveyors:

Fast and flexible, our vertical conveyors have a continuous vertical loop (paternoster-style) operation, offering high-speed capacity. The machines are versatile in application and compact in design which means they easily integrate into existing production or warehouse settings.
